The Byron hinterlands is an area of rich volcanic soil and sub tropical weather so it goes without saying that the local produce would be amazing. Only open on Tuesdays from 6am-11am, the Lismore Organic Farmers Market offers a bounty of fresh fruit and veggies that you could not find in your average supermarket and it is where we went to pick up our week's supplies.
