Osaka to Kyoto by Train
We decided to begin our trip with an overnight sojourn in Kyoto and, after working out how to use the ever user friendly train system. It was only a quick train ride from Osaka so we packed enough clothes for the night and headed to Shin Osaka Station and we were in Kyoto before we knew it. After a scenic stroll past the Kamo River, we finally arrived at our accommodation for the night we found through Roomarama which lived up to their slogan #livelikealocal.
