Cordoba Leather Hat

Description
Cordoba Hat
The road into Alentejo runs flat and pale, dust lifting off the tyres long before the music starts to bleed into the trees. By the time you reach Waking Life, time has already loosened. Days blur. Nights stretch. The Cordoba settles in early, riding low as the sun burns down and the bass hums through the ground.
The embossed safari printed leather catches the light as you move, the pattern only really revealing itself up close, worn in rather than shown off. It picks up heat, dust, fingerprints, stories. Nothing pristine lasts long out here.
Afternoons are slow and deliberate. Bread torn by hand, plates of grilled sardines, olive oil running down your wrists. Someone pours Vinho Verde without asking. You eat, you drink, you wait for nothing in particular. When the heat backs off, the hat stays on as the crowd drifts deeper into the forest, lights flickering between cork oaks, conversations dissolving into rhythm.
By morning, dew clings to leather and clothes alike. The Cordoba looks better for it. Marked, darkened, carried through another cycle of movement and stillness. Nothing rushed. Nothing explained.
