The Cosy River View
The Riverview Guest House on Jalan Kampong Pantai Street is located in the UNESCO World Heritage area in the old part of Chinatown. A converted pre-war shop house with quaint rooms and high ceilings to keep the temperature comfortable, it is ideal for our little sojourn in Melaka. I settled in, enjoyed a little reading and a hit of warm whiskey to unwind before I set out for a stroll to explore some of the local culinary delights.
